Celery root with meat


Pork, veal or beef lean meat

Three to four celery roots

Olive oil

Beef bouillon




Clean and cut the celery root in rounds

Sprinkle lemon juice to prevent darkening.



Fry meat in oil until brown.



In the same pan fry the celery rounds.




Add fried celery to the meat along with the beef bouillon dissolved in water.

 Cook until the meat is done and forms a nice silky sauce.
