Yellow wax beans with chicken
1 lb. fresh wax beans
chicken pieces
cherry tomatoes
tomato sauce
one onion
fresh dill
oil
Chop the onion and fry in oil along with the chicken
pieces.
Add the cleaned
beans (ends and strings removed), tomato sauce,
cherry tomatoes,
chopped dill. If needed add a little bit of water.
Cook on slow heat
about 30 minutes.
When ready should
look like in the picture below.
You can serve fresh
cucumber with a vinaigrette as a side dish.
