Chicken soup

 

Chicken soup, ginger, garlic, celery green, coriander. Lime.

 

 

Shiitake mushrooms soaked in warm water.

 

 

Chop green celeray, ginger, garlic, carrot if you use.

 

 

Fry vegetable in oil 3 to 5 minutes.

 

 

Add pinch of turmeric and stir to blend flavors.

 

 

Add chicken soup and finely sliced shiitake mushrooms.

 

 

Add soy sauce to taste. 2-3 tablespoons and a few drops of sesame oil.

Cook on slow heat about 10 minutes.

 

 

Optional you can add noodles and cook 5 more minutes.

 

 

Serve with chopped cilantro and green onions. Squeeze in lime juice.
