Stufat(lamb with green onions and garlic)

 

 

Several bunches of green onions

Several bunches of green garlic

Lamb meat

Tomato sauce

Roma tomatoes

Olive oil

 

Clean and wash the green onions and green garlic.

Cut in 1 inch pieces.

 

 

Fry the meat in olive oil until brown on all sides.

 

 

Fry the green garlic and green onion in olive  oil until changes color.

 

Add the greens to the browned meat .

 

 

Add tomato sauce, Roma tomatoes and a little bit of water.Season to taste.

Cook on low heat until the meat is tender about 30 minutes.
